Anyone running Edge DX on Igel? What data can you get? We are triaging a VDP connect issue and from the Horizon side all we see is the session goes to disconnected. Hoping to see more from the Igel side. maybe pull Igel logs?
Edge dx gives me a lot of info about the device performance/score.
I can see active processes, installed applications, device events, services
I can remotely assist
I can also run scripts to collect data so maybe that can help.
I can also look at device events within configuration/system events
