A user asked why their expiry alert was not alerting for a NetScaler SSL cert. The solution was that the expiry monitor was not enabled. A recommendation was made to look at ControlUp Trigger Packs, which can be found at https://support.controlup.com/docs/trigger-packs?highlight=trigger.

Hi, i’m testing a trigger that sends an altertmail when a Netscaler SSL cert is expiring. It works but i noticed that there is another certificate that expires already in 11 days (it’s linked to a lbvserver) so i would like to understand why cu ignores the other one expiring before.
solved, expiry monitor wasn’t enabled on this cert
